UTILITY INFORMATION

  • Propane is serviced by FS/UPI, with a standard 500 gallon tank.
  • Fixed price is automatically locked in for the winter ($0.79 per litre) 
  • Electricity was trenched in underground from Rd 29., it is Hydro One
  • Internet is high-speed fibre optic from Cogeco. This was just installed in Fall 2021 as part of a rural internet infrastructure project. It runs really fast with no issues (up to 360 mbps).
